Antonello Manuli was born in Milan in 1946; he graduated in Law and started his entrepreneurial career in his family's industrial group, and specifically in the plastics sector. He stood out for founding a number of technologically advanced firms, such as Manuli Film.

In 1988, while maintaining an interest in his family's Industrial Group, he established AMFIN, currently known as AM Holdings, to invest in innovative alternative eco sustainable business sectors.
He entered the Real Estate market with the acquisition of the historical Ricordi building in Milan, followed by other important initiatives.

In 2000, together with his daughters Elisabetta and Alessandra, he set up Hedge Invest sgr, an asset management firm specialising in alternative investments. Its offices are located in Milan and London.
In 2000, to meet the financial industry's information needs, he founded MondoHedge, currently known as MondoInvestor, which successfully operates in the publishing financial services and organization of sector events industries through separate research operations.

He also found success in the online ticket-selling industry with Ticketone. Meanwhile, he further diversified its investments by acquiring Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort, one of the most famous and exclusive wellness resorts in the world, together with his brothers Mario and Sandro.
